The India and US WTO Poultry Dispute Resolution:

India and the United States of America have come to an agreement to resolve their long-standing World Trade Organisation (WTO) poultry dispute. This resolution was announced through a joint statement following a meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden. As a part of this settlement, India will lower tariffs on various American products, which includes frozen turkey, frozen duck, fresh and processed blueberries, cranberries, and dried variants.

CBI Empowered to Probe Pre-2014 Cases Without Government Permission:

In a significant ruling, the Supreme Court has decreed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) does not require prior government approval to investigate cases registered prior to 2014.
