| i) Document Verification: Only those candidates who are found eligible by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear in the Interview. ii) Interview – For final selection, merit list will be prepared in descending order separately for each discipline & category on the basis of total marks obtained in the Interview. |

| a) Proof of Date of Birth (Class X/Matriculation certificate of recognized Board/Council)* b) Class XII Mark sheet c) MBBS Mark Sheets of all Years d) MBBS Degree/Passing Certificate e) MBBS Registration Certificate (Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or having valid practitioner licence and enrolled in the State Register or the National Register) f) Internship completion certification (For GDMOs) g) Diploma/PG Diploma/PG Degree Mark Sheets h) Diploma/PG Diploma/PG Degree Passing Certificate i) PG Registration Certificate (Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or having valid practitioner licence and enrolled in the State Register or the National Register) j) Valid practitioner licence. k) Experience Certificate showing relevant post qualification experience from the employer. (In case of retired employees, service certificate issued by the parent organization should be given). l) Photo Identity Proof (either Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID). m) Address proof. n) Caste Certificate/PwBD Certificate (if applicable). o) A self-certificate that he/she has not separated under Voluntary retirement/separation (For ex-employees of SAIL and other PSUs/Govt. Only). |
